We are pleased to offer Free / Minimal International Shipping fee for your order.
To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please kindly take a moment to review our import policy:
  • VAT & Import Duties: Please be advised that our "Free Shipping" and "Minimal Shipment Fee" covers the transportation costs only. It does NOT include any local Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Customs Duties, or Administrative Handling Fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.
  • Buyer’s Responsibility: As the importer of record, the recipient is responsible for paying these charges upon the parcel's arrival at the destination port/customs. These fees are collected by your local courier or customs office and are not controlled by WHOSTHATshop.
  • Regional Reference (Estimated):
    • Australia: Customs Duty 5% of the FOB, under AUD 1,000
    • Canada: MFN 18% , GST 5% and potential duties for goods CIF value over CAD $20. 
    • European Union: Approximately VAT 17%-27%, Fixed Duty €3 for goods CIF value under €150, Ad Valorem Duty 8% – 12% for goods CIF value over €150. 
    • Japan: Approximately 10% VAT tax may apply for goods CIF value over ¥10,000. 
    • Singapore: Approximately. 9-10% GST tax may apply for goods CIF value over S$400. 
    • Taiwan: applies a standard 5% VAT when CIF value exceeds NT$2,000, and Customs Duty 0% – 30% varies by item;
    • UK:  Approximately 20% VAT, customs duties 2% to 12% for goods CIF value over £135. 
    • USA:  Approximately 11.5% - 25% HTS, State Sales Tax 4% – 10%.
  • Refusal of Shipment: If a package is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay local taxes/duties, please note that the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
