1.Paragon Design may collect, use, store, transfer and disclose any personal data that was provide under this application for (and, if approved, through the use of) Paragon Design in strict compliance with the Paragon Design Privacy Policy.

2. Clients' personal data held by Paragon Design will be kept confidential at all times, except that it may be provided on a confidential basis to third parties in accordance with the Privacy Policy (including for Paragon Design daily operations);

3. Clients' personal data(name and contact details) may be used by Paragon Design to contact in relation to news, events and promotional offers from Paragon Design Limited and its business partners in accordance with the Privacy Policy, but cannot be so used without clients' consent.
