Return Policy
Purchase in person at WHOSTHATshop counters, and popup stores.
Please check the purchased goods at the counter to confirm good condition. Goods are not returnable after paid.
Purchase at e-shop
Accept returns for defective products only, we do not offer exchanges.
If goods arrived with broken package or defects found,
please take photos of the good's defect and email us with the photo to apply for goods return within 14 days. The delivery charge should be bear by sender.
- We do not offer exchanges of goods.
- No fee is charged for restocking.
- Refund processing time is about 30days (local), 60days (overseas) after defective products are returned.
How to return goods
please keep the package in good condition, particularly the goods itself, tags, and its attachments. Send the return goods to 815A, 8F, Goldfield Industrial Center, 1, Sui Wo Road, Fotan, Shatin, Hong Kong by post or courier.
Goods that cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged.
- If any of the tags, labels and package of goods are removed, lost, or damaged by intention, the goods are termed to be not returnable and not replaceable.
- Return goods should be applied within 14 days after good received.
- Made-to-order, personalized goods, discounted goods, inner garments cannot be returned and not replaceable.

Refusal of Shipment
If a package is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay local taxes/duties, please note that the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
