If goods arrived with broken package or defects found
please take photos of the good's defect and email us with the photo to apply for goods return or replacement. The delivery charge should be bear by sender.
How to return goods
please keep the package in good condition, particularly the goods itself, tags, and its attachments.
Goods that cannot be returned
If any of the tags, labels and package of goods are removed, lost, or damaged by intention, the goods are termed to be not returnable.
Return goods should be applied within 7 days after good received.
Made-to-order goods, discounted goods, inner garments cannot be returned.
