• Tax & Duty Responsibility: Our "Free Shipping / Discounted International Shipping Fee" covers transportation costs only. It does NOT include any local Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Customs Duties, or Administrative Fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.
• Payment on Arrival: As the importer, the recipient is responsible for paying these charges upon the parcel's arrival at the destination. These fees are collected by the local courier or customs office and are not controlled by WHOSTHATshop.
• Regional Estimates (Reference Only):
  • UK/Europe: Approximately 20-22% VAT + local handling fees.
  • Canada: GST/HST and potential duties for goods over CAD $20.
  • Japan/Singapore: Local consumption tax (approx. 8-10%) may apply.
  • South Korea: Generally duty-free for personal imports under USD $150.
• Refusal of Shipment: If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, please note that the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
